This is a great round-up!

We got a steam cleaner as a housewarming gift from my in-laws and I use it a lot with two crazy children and a cat. I did some research and figured out that I could refill it with vinegar and hot water instead of buying the solutions. It cleans much better and I don't have any soapy residue on the carpets so it actually gets the carpet cleaner. The vinegar smell goes away in about an hour and I have super clean carpets afterwards!
