Every time I see someone getting inspired by the birth of a son/daughter I always wonder what I can take away from it to use as motivation, since I don't have a son/daughter yet. I'm a big believer in creating a mission statement for anything you decide to put your mind to. That way when you decide you want to quit, or forget why you're doing what you're doing, you can reflect back and remember, "oh yeah, that's why". and get realigned with your purpose. Great post.
