I haven’t had a garden in several years. Got discouraged by rabbits. This year I’m trying the square foot garden on my deck. NO rabbits! I found spare lumbar around my house and a big sheet of old outdoor plywood for the base. I will use metal horses to raise it off the deck. I bought some plants (still have more to get) but haven’t gotten my soil yet. I’m real excited about it. Thanks for the motivation and instructions. I look forward to your updates. Thanks for the link! Don’t you just love when those little sprouts poke their heads up? Kinda gives you that “Dad” feeling all over again, except that in this case, …you eat them….maybe that was a bad metaphor….

Thanks for the link, FD, and we actually do have plans to do a square foot garden since I found the website back at the beginning of winter. I’m just waiting to be SURE it is done snowing here in Tennessee (twice on spring break! I’m still shocked and annoyed!)
