March in Review and a Festival Announcement
First, I would like to announce The Festival of Frugality #119 is up and running over at Consumer Commentary. One of the largest collections of articles on frugal living you’ll ever find! Frugal Dad’s article, “The Difference Between Being Frugal , and Being Cheap” was honored to be included.
March was a good month here at Frugal Dad. We saw over 52,000 page views, and subscriber count more than doubled from 149 at the end of February to 357 on March 31st. I’m honored to have you all as readers, and hope you will tell a friend about FrugalDad.com. If you have not yet subscribed, you may do so here via RSS, or here for email delivery.
Unfortunately, I was late signing up with a tracking service that provides information on my top referrers, so I’ll have to wait until next month to provide that listing. However, I would like to thank…
Top Commentators for the Month of March
- The Wisdom Journal
- Mom Advice
- Semicharmed Wife
- My Super-Charged Life
- Family and Finances
- 21st Century Dad
- Mommy Gets Paid
- Chance Favors

These guys run great blogs, and I hope you’ll take some time to visit them today. Thanks to all of you for taking the time to share your comments.
That puts March in the books. Today begins a new month with new opportunities. In April I will celebrate my 10-year wedding anniversary. No big plans, but a couple surprises I can’t share here in case the wife is reading. I’ll share details post-surprise.

Thanks for the nod–I really enjoy your site! You consistently provide practical, unique content. Keep up the great work!
This is my 1st time, your site is interesting, but I’ve been on 23 sites with one unanswered question for an upcomig trip to France. What is the price, (2008 info) for gas per liter? Every site I’m sent to has no direct info, only a misleading promise.
I’m sure you know. email me as I’m not sure I’ll ever find this site again.
Hopefully:

@Robert – I found a couple sites that may help you out (I speak no French, but someone who understands some may be able to translate to see how relevant the quoted prices are). By the way, I hope you do make it back here! Consider an email subscription at top right to keep in touch. Enjoy your trip!

Thanks for the mention! I noticed some people clicking over from your site and had to see why
I really enjoy your site and your “voice”. Yours is definitely one of my must-reads. I’ll be back tomorrow!
Great Job!
You have worked really hard and it is beginning to pay off. I’m really glad to be able to include you in my list of “must read daily” sites. I love your writing style and the topics you cover.
Keep up the good work and if I can ever help in any way, just let me know.
