My wife and I go with a planter for out tomatoes because we don’t have much yard and we don’t have a place we can plant them where they will get enough sunlight. I guess we could try a square foot garden… but next year.. I have too much going on right now!

That’s a great looking little garden! When I was younger I had a garden every year, but it’s been a while now…I miss it. There is something about working with your hands and seeing something grow that is very, very satisfying.

Your garden is looking great. As alaways you have made some great points in your last post regarding why people are in debt.

I hate debt. I think you have to begin to hate it in order to get rid of it. In addition we have to stop blaming our debt problems on everyone else.

The garden looks great!

I tried strawberry plants last year and they died on me. I think I had them in a bad location. I also think the bunnies found them tasty

Great round-up! Be patient with those strawberries. I planted some last year and it takes at least one year (I have heard) for them to really start producing anything. I am hopeful that they will take off this year.

It is finally warming up here so maybe I can actually start planting soon! I love to see everyone’s progress!

Hey Frugal Dad, thanks for the link. Hope the garden does well. I’m about to plant a few tomatoes, peppers, and basil on the deck. We have some half whiskey barrels that work out great for this.
