		<description>Things cut both ways. A school&#039;s &quot;honor code&quot; means nothing if the school merely expects the students not to cheat while treating them like criminals. Likewise, a company which shows it&#039;s employees no loyalty shouldn&#039;t be surprised to find they have no loyalty to the company.</description>
