Subway is a great lunch stop if you are looking for something quick, cheap, and tasty. While Subway sandwiches aren’t always inherently healthy, the chain offers such a high level of customization with your order, which enables the health-conscious to easily walk out of there with a nutritious meal (and probably for less than $5.)
I really like that Subway seems to be really on top of its marketing strategy—it almost always has a promotion going, and you can almost always find printable coupons for them online. It’s a great lunch option for me when I’m at work, and it’s also an easy place to take my kids after soccer practice for a hearty, healthy, and satisfying meal.
